This is an amazing restaurant. The food was delicious and the drinks were exceptional. Adam created a custom flight for us and described the regions and flavors for us. The service was attentive and the atmosphere was cozy and upscale.
This place is a gem. Could have been anywhere in the world, which makes it even more special to find this in Easton, MD. Service and scotch selection were impeccable.
We had a great time at The Stewart (our first time). It's really more of a clubby lounge meant for drinks. They have an amazing beverage list including cocktails, whisk(e)y and wine. We chose champagne and had an excellent bottle from a small grower. The food is now limited to a handful of small plates so don't expect to get a dinner entree here. Ali and Adam took care of us and were so much fun. Adam has an excellent grasp of all drinks and shared some fun stories of travels and tastings.
My wife and I had dinner at this restaurant recently. Both the service and the food were incredible! I spoke to the manager about how great our experience was, and she revealed that her staff was all new. It did not show. They were exceptional! my wife and I will both come back to this restaurant. I strongly recommend it.
Tastes amazing and presentation is beautiful. The service was very attentive and knew all of the best combinations of drinks for my food.
Traveling for work has its challenges, but discovering a gem like The Stewart in Easton, MD is the best kind of silver lining. I was looking for a spot with a great bar and a strong wine list—and this place delivered. The space is intimate, cozy, and beautifully designed. I grabbed a seat at the bar and ordered their Old Fashioned made with Lowlands scotch—fantastic. The bartender was warm, knowledgeable, and fun to chat with (especially about glassware, which they clearly care about). Dinner was a perfectly cooked medium-rare steak with sweet potatoes, broccoli rabe, and a soy ginger reduction. The wine list impressed me more than most I’ve seen since moving from San Francisco. I had a French Syrah by the glass, served in the most featherlight stemware. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. If I’d had room, I’d have tried the toffee pudding—but I’ll be back. Can’t wait to return with my husband so he can enjoy the scotch collection too.
After coming here many times, finally leaving a review. What a gem the Stewert is--we came on Wednesday for the hamburger special--and my husband said this morning that it might have been the best hamburger he's ever had. Which should say a lot, because he's in the Wimpy category of hamburger lovers. Homemade bun, the most savory two beef patties, perfectly done. We started with Rob Roy cocktails, which bar manager Adam made expertly. Phenomenal. And then shared some fried olives and the spring pea risotto. It was a lovely date night. Highly recommend. Kelsey and all the staff are so welcoming, and will help you find the perfect thing to eat or drink.
